I’ve purchased from Michaan’s Auctions before with good success. This purchase was another success, so I am happy to recommend them to other bidders. Michaan’s is one of the best. Not so with auction houses such as Lodestar and Neal where the experiences with those were very poor.

Having an accurate description of an item is so important for on-line bidders/buyers that cannot see the item in person. This auction house provided an accurate description so there was no disappointment after the sculpture arrived.

They answered my very specific question perfectly. They also worked well with my shipper. Very happy with my purchase!

It is not hardwood as described. Later I double checked with auction house, it is hardwood as description says. The response is mixed (some part is hardwood). However none of the cabinet is hardwood.

I found this auction experience quite good. Asked questions and requested photos which I found this auction house very professional. My questions and requests for more photos were addressed in a timely manner. I opted for live auction shipping which was. Rey fast and good … all around high marks for this auction house

The item is nice and the shipping service through Jack London Mail (one of the recommended shippers) went well too. I was nervous about 3rd party shipping, have had other bad experiences but I found the shipper efficient, reasonably priced and even did a very good packing job. Overall a very good experience. I won't hesitate to do business here again.
