BRUHN'S WAS WONDERFUL!! COMMUNICATION WAS EXCELLENT, SHIPPING WAS FAST, AND MY CABINET ARRIVED SAFELY!! MANY THANKS!!

Bruhns Auction Gallery was great to work with both before and after the auction. They answered condition questions about the items we were interested in and speeded up the "acceptance" part of our registration for the next day's auction. Post-auction the item we purchased was wrapped very carefully, arriving at our home via UPS (actual shipping cost was charged) safe and on time. We'd work with Bruhns Auction Gallery again happily.

Great Seller.

After I paid my invoice for lots won lots, Bruhn's did not have any communication with me about when or where to pick up the items from the auction. They did not reply to my e-mail and I finally phoned them after several days, on a Thursday, and they informed me the pickup was going on all week. I communicated my name and lots won and told them I would be there on Friday during the hours "he thought he would be there." When I arrived on that next day, he could not locate my lots, so checked his paperwork (nothing was computerized) and concluded that my lots had been moved to their third party shipping company, which was located another ten miles away. Despite my account having a local address, he forwarded the items to a shipper. Fortunately, when I arrived at the packaging & shipping company, my order was still there and I was able to pick the items up, after a waste of time and frustration.

Won item charged my card within hours even before I got notice to pay within 48hrs after my card charged. Then got a call with an enormous shipping charge for their friend to drop off while on vacation. Finally agreed to a charge then got another call that item not coming and I offered to handle shipping and NEVER heard from auctioneer again. Had to file a CC dispute to get my money back. Then I find out sellers feedback about 50/50!. You have been warned. I'm sure they don't care about this feedback either.

Dishonest sellers, they will lie to achieve a sale. You will be out money if you deal with these people. I am out $200.00 and they dont care

This auctioneer was contacted before sale ended that they had misquoted name on auction item and they did not correct it. When I received my Roseville piece I could immediately tell that my purchased item was a fake. I called the auctioneer and told him. He said he would talk to the owner and get back to me. He never contacted me and I left him 5 different messages to no avail. The Van Briggle I purchased had a scratch on one side that was not photographed. Poor customer service. I believe the auctioneer did not know what he was doing.

I wrote to the auction in advance asking for a condition report, which came back to me in one word "excellent". So I wrote back that I was bidding accordingly based on the condition report. When I received the piece I noticed that there is some sort of overspray around the top, strongly suggesting that the piece had some sort of restoration. I wrote this to the auction, asking what he proposed as a solution, and he did not write back to me. It is unfortunate that he has not responded as I will now mediate this matter through Live Auctions. I would not bid on other items going forward based on this experience.

Item owner contact and coordination for pick up in loveland was difficult, Auction house was voice messaging with call back only. I would be very careful using this Auction house again. He was not very friendly.

I knew they were going to be just perfect and they are. Easy peasy transaction.

Lost three of my items-after months of back and forth I have still not received a refund and am now having to dispute it with my credit card company. Terrible experience.

Having paid for the two items in my lot and after several calls they tell me that they have lost both items! Very Strange. Be cautious with this auction house! They did refund my credit card timely. A giant waist of my time.

People at the auction house were very helpful and loading the item into our truck.

Won 2 lots-1st was 3 "pickle castors" There were only 2 pickle complete castors and 1 tumbler masquerading as a castor insert. Neither of the other 2 inserts fit in the frames correctly and 1 lid would not fit correctly on either insert. Pictures made them look great! In the other lot, there was a miniature oil lamp which made the lot worth a bid-wish they had described that the top half had been cracked and glued together, but not a word. Outside shipper originally quoted me $162 to ship items to me. Told him to throw them away as i was not paying that amount. He then reduced the price to $102, which I wish, after getting the stuff, I had stuck to my original statement and had him just throw the stuff away. They got me once-never again!

Horrible. Purchased an item and no once returns calls or is releasing the item. It is as if they have disappeared.

Tom Bruhn, in my opinion, is a criminal who manipulated Liveauctioneers auction platform in order to extract thousands of additional dollars for his and Eron Johnson Antiques benefit. Furthermore Liveauctioneers who profited from this ingenious gaming failed to respond to many communications concerning this case. A RICO investigation is being pursued by our counsel.

No, but I would like an easier way to determine auctions that are local. I’m not certain of the specifics, but it seemed cumbersome to find auctions in the area-and not be redirected to auctions out of state.

Tom Bruhns auction send me merchandise which had obvious damages and was covered up with a plastic coating. I already sent them and Live auctioneers pictures and emails and he will not respond to me.

Item was not as described. Inside of the top of the box is totally damaged and covered up with a clear plastic coating. Bruhns does not respond to my email and when I try to telephone them the phone rings once and cuts off or doesn't ring at all. This has been a horrible experience especially since I paid him $14, 520 and he doesn't even respond. I hope someone at live auctioneers will help. I did send an email with pictures, etc to ********** Thanking you in advance for any assistance that you can give me. This auction house should not be allowed to sell on any sight. They have not responded to emails about the status of my purchases over the last 10 days. I will report them to the BBB.

The owner was very rude to me the day I went to pick up the auction item I bought. Like he had a bad day so everyone has a bad day. **********

Auction house does not return phone calls, very very poor attitude when it comes to the shipping of items. Told me they would be available daily from 10-2 for shipping and for two days in a row no one was at the auction facility when they knew my shipper was stopping by to pick up items, On the third day the secretary arrived and the shipper told her he would be right back that he had to pick his wife up at the hotel and the secretary left, auction house would not answer the phone. Shipper waited until someone finally showed up and then auction house refused to allow shipper to load furniture until the next day at 9 am. I will never do business with this auction house again and possibly even live auctioneers.

There site states credit cards accepted, but u [ on contacting them by phone, they do not accept credit cards. Takes quite awhile for checks to clear, and I understand that process. Upon arriving to gather the items purchased, the owner said he could not help load and we would have to do something else, my wife showed up to get the items, and we live 6 hours away. She and another man loaded with no problem. Makes me wonder why the owner could not have simply helped her. Only took to people. Hard to get called back, my son left a message and never heard a thing. I called during business hours with no answer, and no call back. Customer service could be better

This auction house does not accept credit cards. I had to mail a check to Colorado so because they didn't get it in time they filed a dispute which is causing me a lot of problems. If you look at my history you will see I buy a lot from Live Auctioneers. It sometimes takes ages to get the payment made because I don't always have time to call these places and then the annoying shipping process is even worse. I do not yet have the item I bought from this auctioneer and will never buy anything again. I am getting very discourage with Live Auctioneers.

Auction went ok. The condition report was a bit terse. It is being shipped right now so I haven't seen it yet. Very difficult to communicate with the administration people though. Sent many emails and made a few phone calls most were not responded to. I did get an invoice after a few days and enough information to get the payment done. Auction itself went well.

Two lots won at Auction, I, m still awaiting the shipper to give me an Invoice for packing and shipping? Shipper could not collect Lots? overall very poor, and to cap that i called the Auction House in error about an item which was not from them? confusing, I will add although i make several successful Purchases, the lack of communication is not Acceptable.
