Very helpful to this tech challenged user. I was able to talk to a live auction representative and pay directly via credit card. He also was helpful in explaining how shopping was arranged and by whom. The item paid the shipper contacted me and was paid the doll was shipped immediately and arrived well packed in amazing time frame. I will not hesitate buying again from this auction house! Very satisfied with their description of the item and helpful and friendly attitude.
