They were absolutely superb do deal with regarding every aspect of the transaction-from answering questions before the auction and for prompt shipping with excellent packing after the auction. Creative packing indicating "fragile" on outside of box!
Very happy with this lot. Folks in shipping had to do some creative packing and the items were secure and safe. I appreciated their shipping department indicating "fragile" on the box-one always hopes the carriers will honor that designation by being gentle and careful. I like this auction house. Very helpful front office staff, guided me through the process of payment. Totally reasonable shipping cost. Thanks, Fontaine Auction Gallery staff!
