What a run around. I have notified Live Auctioneers and they stepped in to no avail. First Premier insisted it was the correct shade I sent in pics with measurements and clearly the shade does not fit the lamp. First they sent the wrong item and did send return shipping and when they finally had to concede that it is the wrong shade I am still waiting for return shipping. This is months of back and forth with Live Auctioneers getting no where with them. Jesse stated that return shipping was sent …. it was but only for the return of the wrong lamp. Looking forward to experiencing the potential run around on my refund. Buyer beware. Is this a company you want to do business with? I now have doubts about live auctioneers one would think they would not want sellers that give the platform a bad name.

They're fantastic. Would highly recommend there oversight and evaluation of items and attention to details. And, the only reason for my not having my item is a health issue with a family member minimizing my opportunties to pick it up! It'll be there, when I get there in the next couple weeks...

I don't love working with most auction houses. Not all of them are up front with their condition reports and we've had a number of ugly surprises. Not only that, but shipping can also be a problem. UPS charges extreme rates in most cases to pack and ship, and some auction houses that do in-house shipping, don't really care that much about whether your piece arrives at is destination intact. Not the case with this auction house. My piece was packed so well, and with so much care-in-house!!-that it could have been shipped to the moon and back and it would have arrived perfectly unscathed. Thanks very, very much for caring, and for a super easy transaction and a lovely piece for our collection.

Bought two items. The invoice added a "processing fee". I emailed them twice about this and asking if I could pay by check. Neither email was answered. Won't be using them again.
