Not bad but not Great
Communication could improve. Item was sent to wrong address. Took some time to track down. Upon opening the package I made not that there was not a COA provided for the item. This seems consistent with the experience of others

Horrible experiencia
Horrible experiencia con Propworx. Pagu é inmediatamente todas las facturas que me enviaron y he recibido el paquete seis meses despu é s. He tenido que ir a la aduana de Espa ñ a porque Propworx no escribi ó mi nombre en el env í o. Ning ú n tipo de seguimiento. Escrib í muchas veces a Propworx para saber el n ú mero de referencia de env í o y nunca me contest ó. He gastado m á s dinero en intentar localizar el paquete en la aduana. Horrible. Y ahora recibo el producto y falta el COA. La peor experiencia de compra de mi vida, y he comprado en muchas plataformas de coleccionismo y subastas, pero nunca hab í a sentido tanta humillaci ó n y mal trato. Liveauctioeers lo m á ximo que hizo fue decirme que Propworx tampoco contestaba a sus llamadas.

Very poor communication.
This seller is very poor at responding to emails in a timely matter, if at all. I sent several emails requesting updates on the status of a paid item waiting to be shipped only to have them mostly ignored. When I did receive a response it was often vague and would not commit to a specific shipping date or acknowledge any fault in the delay. Ultimately it took four months from the auction closing date to receive my item (two months longer than original indicated). I have since then sent three more emails requesting a certificate of authenticity but have received no reply. The item itself is very fragile and I also requested special care when shipping it especially since this auction house packed an item very poorly the last time I won something with them and it arrived broken as a result. The item from my most recent transaction arrived undamaged but only through luck. There was no protective inner-box and no indication on the outside of the package that it was fragile. The item was just loosely wrapped with bubble pack and shipped with no caution labels in a cardboard box from Kohls. This auction house is unresponsive to most emails and somewhat unprofessional. They appear to be taking on more responsibility than they can handle. I don't recommend bidding with them.

This was the best buying experience I've had yet!! This auction house was absolutely the best, they couldn't have been more helpful and attentive!! I've had experience with the other side, bad auction houses that left me hanging. Propworx's is absolutely the best I've ever dealt with, period!!!!

Liveauctioneers needs to improve their on-line software. I have friends who were trying to submit bids on-line during the auction, they had already been approved for the auction, but the system was slow in accepting their bids or would not accept their bids-so they lost out on some of the items they wanted even though they had submitted bids on-line that met or exceeded other bids-and did so before the final bid was accepted.

Please, they need to make the payments into smaller portions as $250.00 to $300.00 segments. When the US dollar is adjusted to the Canadian dollar its 3 x a payment. Please set up pay amounts as you go with pay pal. Keep the same time frame but allow you smaller payments to compensate. They need to send more emails to keep up the line of communication going on with the customer and the seller. Thanks.

1) I had to pay two different invoices-nearly one month apart; 2) I got ripped off when it came to shipping (I had to pay over 300 % above the actual cost.

Everything went very good this year with the Star Trek auction. Last year I bought an item as well but that experience was not as good. Good job on improving.
