I was pleasantly surprised and pleased with with the house commission and shipping prices after my purchase.

I usually get what I think I am getting so I am very happy with Frasher’s. As with all auctions houses by the time you pay the buyers premium and pickup, boxes, insurance, bubble wrap and shipping it nearly doubles the price sometimes. All and all I am happy with the merchandise just not all the extra fees they seem to be tacking on lately.

Fine overall, however I waited about 3 weeks to open package as out of town. Discovered a repaired crack down the back of the bisque head that was not mentioned in the description. By now felt it was too late to contact Frasher’s, being 3 weeks +, so live with it. Do wish they had inspected the doll more carefully. Do like my other purchase, Little Women Dolls

I received these two lovely black dolls wrapped in tissue paper then in bubble wrap and not lastly an entire box of peanuts to cushion the dolls so they will not break while in shipping. I was very please with them with a very special payment they were able to wait until I received my check. Don't worry your dolls and mind will be at ease with Fraiser's.

Can’t go wrong with any Frasher’s auctions

Frasher’s Doll Auction was contacted many times, informing them that dolls weren’t received and I could not get them to refund my money! They claimed that the dolls were not insured and I expected them to be insured, as I paid $875. This was tremendously disappointing and I tried to no avail to get any satisfaction from the auction house! Live Auctioneers should do something about this and require Frasher’s to deliver my dolls or repay me as a buyer. This is why I do my doll buying now from eBay. If an item isn’t received from them, then money is refunded. This is only fair! I was treated most unfairly by Frasher’s and would never bid on anything from them again!

I have had a couple of discrepancies which were handled with great professionalism, highly recommend.
