Very slow response time. I have been trying for several weeks to get shipping costs. Other wise they are great.

My satisfaction with my latest win in the Mohawk Arms Auction. It reminds me of the decades I have enjoyed dealing with the firm, going back to the old catalog days.

I recieved this response from this auction house on the date showned. " Mohawk Arms Inc. MOHAWK ARMS INC. Aug 07, 2023 9:55 AM CDT I am looking at your invoice now. Unfortunately the lot was either misplaced or stolen during our live auction-we cannot find it. We will keep searching for it and hopefully get back to you. We apologize for this issue. "They have not contacted me since then prior to this post. I have tried to contact them on three separate emails, and two phone calls. No response. I have contacted my bank and requested a refund from this auction House. I am sorry to have to write this, but this Auction House should be avoided in the future by everyone.

The knowledge they have and the vast array of items, always makes for an adventure in History.

Gave a mixed review earlier because the seller gave me the incorrect measurements of the lot I won. I contacted them, and they promptly gave me a full refund of the lot I won. Will be looking forward to bid on their auctions!

I’m very happy with my purchase. The most important part of the transaction was the shipping price, packaging and fast shipping. So many auction houses take advantage of their buyers buy overcharging their buyers and holding them hostage with binding UPS third party shipping contracts and is usually always a miserable experience.
