The title above pretty much sums up our experience I was able to obtain all the pre purchase photos and information required to understand the purchase. The description and photos were accurate, pick up was organized and helpful and the Auction House was easy to deal with. We hope to purchase again in the future.

This is our first time dealing with NOAG. Their photos were totally accurate, and their item description was totally accurate. We picked up our furniture in person and needed time to pack it carefully for transport. They could not have been more helpful in providing us the space we needed to pack the furniture and assistance in loading it in our trailer. They get a ten-out-of-ten rating from us!

Super easy to work with and fantastic product. I look forward to purchasing from them again.

As a South, Carolina resident, I was pleased with the complete purchasing and shipping experience. My painting arrived, well packaged and protected, and in a timely manner.

Painting is better than described. Payment process was quick and painless. Coordination with outside shipper could have been a tad better. they require you submit a release. I did so but apparently this release never made it to my shipper of choice. this is a glitch within their system. They should figure this out or consider doing in house shipping. Otherwise, I love the item, received it in a timely fashion.

The rug I purchased was beautifully preserved and shipped safely, well described in the auction listing. I enjoyed doing business with them.

Gorgeous vase and very helpful

We won this pearl necklace (estimate $2000-$4000) in July by New Orleans Auction Galleries, the pearls appear to be very poor luster in person, we sent it to GIA, it came back as freshwater pearl by GIA in August. We politely contacted the auction house with our concern of estimating a poor quality freshwater pearl necklace for thousands of dollars, we received no response whatsoever. Not only it is a business loss for us since we would not resell it to our respected clients but also a damage to this trusted business we all share.

Excellent auction house. Unlike many others when some thing goes wrong, they were very responsive and helpful. Only one of my items had a problem everything else was fantastic. I wish others would be as helpful and honest. Definitely the benchmark.
