I discovered I had won an auction item through U. S. Auction Gallery. Unfortunately I had not knowingly bid on this item. When I tried to contact U. S. Auction Gallery I received no response. This was over the course of a week and after many phone calls and many messages that I had sent directly to U. S. Auction Gallery. On about the fourth day of trying to reach out to them I did receive a call which I missed but I immediately called them back, within minutes, my call back was not answered. I contacted Live Auctioneers and they told me I would have to work something out with the U. S. Auction Gallery. That is impossible to do as they do not respond. As anyone who navigates Live Auctioneers knows, it is incredibly easy to accidentally bit on an item, one wrong touch of the screen and you've placed a bid. Even if I had been aware that I had placed a bid there is no way to retract a bid on line. I had both my phone and my i-pad open to the auction so I don't even know exactly how this bid was placed. It is a $700 plus bid so this is not a "mistake" I can afford. This is absolutely horrible business practice and I am now considering leaving this site permanently. That's unfortunate as I am a reseller and I am always looking for unique items. I mainly resell vintage household items and expensive wedding rings are just not what I deal with. So buyer beware of U. S. Auction Gallery, and know that Live Auctioneers has no customer service regarding accidentally refunds or accidental bidding issues. I know I can't be the only one who has gone through this.

What a easy transaction with in-house shipping.

Jewelry is cheap feeling. Looks much better in the photos they use online. I would never again pay the prices I did for what I received.

The items I received from US Auction Gallery were completely worthless. The "animation cels including COA's" were bogus; the "COA's" were printed on a home computer using paper purchased at Staples or Party City. Complete and utter garbage. I contacted the auction house with my complaint, sent the items back as per their request for a refund but was never refunded. I CANNOT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW MUCH YOU SHOULD AVOID THESE OUTRIGHT FRAUDSTERS. ZERO INTEGRITY AND SELLING GARBAGE AS AUTHENTIC.

Excessive shipping fees, lack of desire to combine items won in the very next auction even with heads up contact I provided after the first one that it was going to happen

This company uses excessive shipping fees to pad their margins. Beware

This auction house makes the bulk of its money off the shipping spread, what they pay vs what they charge you. It’s a significant difference. Their refusal to combine items, instead sending me single pieces of paper in separate tubes to the tune of $22 EACH was beyond infuriating and entirely preventable. Make your own shipping arrangements or better yet; just steer clear of this outfit. There are plenty of other operators on this site that do business with integrity.

I had contacted U. S. Auction regarding two item cancellations that I received, but did not receive a response. They sent a second and third item cancellation request, both of which I responded to, but still ignored. I sent multiple responses and got nothing.

Everything was as pictured and the shipping was prompt.

As in the title-everything was seamless, the shipping charges were reasonable and I got what I bid on in good condition.

The result of their close up pictures is that the item you are buying look larger than they actually are! Keep your eye on the karat weighy yo understand what you are buying. Items are nicely packed and arrive safely.

Items look great in the pics and the description is always inviting. The actual product when received will be wrong and not what was advertised. You’ve lost a customer and I will not recommend Liveauctioneers to anyone again.

The items I ordered do not look like the pictures that were on the auction house. The items look cheap and I was very disappointed with the ring that I received. Shipping was fast but I would rather have the item that was pictured.

The fastest purchase to in-hand process I've had so far and I'm buying from Canada. Fantastic prices, items exactly as shown if not better, and great customer service-I did have to reach out for a different purchase but there was not an issue and the support was impeccable. Great auction house-I will be buying again.

Very disappointing description provided by the Auction House. No due diligence done on the narrative. They must have use description and narrative that was provided to them instead of actually doing the work themselves.
