The seat cushion of the chair and ottoman have both been replaced (not by Herman Miller). Light surface scratches, scuffs and abrasions to the leather associated with normal use over time. No holes or tears. Crazing to the leather on the armrests. Original finish. Minor roughness to the edge of the ottoman shell. Light surface scratches, scuffs and abrasions to the wood. All feet intact. Sturdy and structurally sound. Very good condition.
