A group of 7 hand painted cuerda seca Persian tiles. In floral, foliate, fauna, and figural motifs. Mounted to wood backings and fitted in oak frames. One stamped Made in Iran at its edge. Varying in size from 16.5 x 12 inches to 10.25 x 11.5 inches. Provenance: The estate of Dr. Marshall S. and Lois G. Levy, Pittsburgh. Sourced for the couple by architect and designer Herb Seigle.
Condition
