5.21.24-In my opinion regarding LOT: the chairs are in sturdy structural condition and sit well, interior stuffing seems to be original, wood frames show some tonal variation, light rubs and wear and minor nicks, upholstery is overall intact with some small areas of wear and loss, picks and some thread bare areas, black rear liners are with much wear and are detached/detaching along top border, please see attached images for your review.
