The near mint condition Salesman's Sample calendar for the year 1941 has a single pad sheet adhered to the mount as an example for orders. The illustration is by Maxfield Parrish and is as fine an example as can be found. The calendar is displayed in an exceptional hand made Dream Gardner frame of later vintage.



The Dream Gardner is a longstanding dealer specializing in only the finest examples of original Maxfield Parrish illustration. This calendar was framed for the first time ever in 2003 and is guaranteed original.


The Dream Gardner frames are unique creations of fantasy painstakingly finished in colors and techniques inspired by the more elaborate frame examples found on Parrish prints from the 1920s and 1930s.

Overall framed size measures 33.25 x 18.5 inches.
