Western Europe, probably Italy, Neoclassical period, ca. 19th century CE. A gorgeous agate cameo featuring the quixotic bust of a young maiden crowned by a wreath of ivy with clusters of grapes nestled in the coiling tresses of her luscious locks, that gracefully cascade down to her sloped shoulders. Her bare decolletage is highlighted by a single strand of pearls as her elegant visage slants downward. Easily set into a pendant to be wearable! Size: 1.6" L x 1.1" W (4.1 cm x 2.8 cm)
