Antique Persian decorative handwoven Rugs

This rare and unique vintage collection includes very fine carpets from Iran Pakistan Suzanne and from the most renowned rug-making region in Turkey. The Persian carpets are vintage and are hand-knotted palace quality weave carpets and include Tabriz fine 400 knots per square inch Kashan, Heriz, Sherivan, Saruq, Serapi and Bijar (300 knots per square inch) designs. These Persian carpets are unique and rare in colors and condition; hand-knotted in Iran in the 1920s to 1940s. The Turkish carpet collection includes unique Yastkis and Malatya antique rugs, which rarely come to market. The Yastkis and Malatya are hand-knotted in the cities of Malatya and Yastkis in the eastern Anatolia region of Turkey. All these precious carpets are artistically designed with themes and motifs from the country's most prestigious rug-making regions.
