Very helpful with Shipping
Had difficulty with two shippers (Country Postman & UPS-Kingston) who I contacted to ship my items but both had very poor communication and lacked any effort to review my two lots, determine a shipping price, and do the work for me. After spending over two weeks with no results or follow-up, the auction house took care of my problem for me. Thank you to Collective Hudson.

Small Auction House Big Hearts
While the auction house may be smaller compared to others in the vicinity, it's evident that they put in a lot of effort. They clearly laid out all the terms, and I appreciated the proactive email they sent to successful bidders with detailed instructions. The item matched its description perfectly, and the pickup process was seamless. I simply scheduled an appointment, and everything was prepared for me.

Fake?
Description of the item specified materials and timeframe-in specific, Victorian Silver Gilt Gold Brooch Circa 1850, although, none of that came true. It is cheap gold-COLOR brooch made recently.
