The key to all of this is COMMUNICATION. Steve with Ahon with highly professional in answer my pre-bid questions. Once I won the rug he immediately reached out to explain next steps. He shipped 48 hours later, sent photos of the package rug along with tracking info and followed up upon receipt. Absolutely the most professional experience. And the rug is as beautiful as he claimed.

We received our rug today. It was delivered in a timely manner. The packaging was excellent. This rug is beautiful. The pictures don't do it justice. The pile is dense and the wool quality is luxurious... 100 to 120 KPSI. The colors are sharp and vibrant. We are very pleased with our purchase. The Ahon Auction staff was excellent, very professional and courteous. They made the buying and shipping process effortless. I would have no hesitation buying from them again.
