Two symmetrical brass halves are brazed together to form these double belted ball top andirons, resting on "spurred" legs. The center iron support appears to be hand made and is peened over at the bot

both with pierced scrolled bases, the larger with log stops. Oxidation and wear consistent with use. Largest: 22" high, 6" wide, 21" deep. Provenance: Property of a CT Estate.
