Third Intermediate Period, 21st Dynasty, ca. 1070-945 B.C. Bright blue faience composition with black manganese details, depicted in mummiform with the hands folded over the chest, holding a hoe in each hand, with a seed-bag between the shoulders, wearing a striated tripartite wig, inscribed with eight columns of hieroglyphs along the body with a version of Spell VI from the Book of the Dead, invoking this ushabti to serve as a surrogate. 5-5/8"H (14.3cm)
