Cenedese Scavo frosted-glass figure of a duck, Murano, Italy, ca. 1950s or 1960s; unmarked. The Scavo technique of frosted glass was introduced in the early 1950s in the island of Murano by glass artists in order to obtain an archeological effect of objects found underground after a very long time.
Dimensions: 7-3/8"H x 8-1/8"W x 3-7/8"D
Condition
Very good; some wear to frosted surface.
