Special Edition Rare Ladies PVD & 18K Diamond Concord Mariner Tiffany & Co. Wristwatch. The watch features a classic octagonal three piece case with an integrated two tone strap with alternating 18k and blacked out PVD links that measure 6 1/2" in length.  It is centrally set with a tonneau shaped case and signed on the back Concord Swiss Mariner SG 16 62 145 V14N 735731 Water Resistant Serial # 704430.  It measures 25.00mm x 24.00mm including the crown.  The bezel is pave set with 54 round cut diamonds and is further enhanced with a matching glossy black dial with diamond indexes.  It is signed Condor at 12 and Tiffany & Co at 6 o'clock.  The watch has a high grade Swiss quartz Concord 7 jewel movement that is in non-running condition.  The watch needs a new battery.  The watch is in overall good condition with normal wear and few scratches on band.
