Description
Vintage Esterbrook fountain Pen owned by President Lyndon B. Johnson and presented to James A Deakins. Encased under glass with a certificate that reads "Presented to James A. Deakins by President Lyndon B. Johnson. This pen was used by President Johnson on 20 March 1964 in a ceremony oat the White House to sign into law the largest peacetime military procurement authorization act in history (at the time), Public Law. Pen stamped "Esterbrook, 2668, Made in U.S.A." Mr. Deakins was the consignor's great uncle. Pen Sight - 6 1/8" Length. Framed - 7 1/8" Height x 9 1/8" Height.
