From the collection of Hall of Fame Sports Writer, Bill Madden. Complete antique album including front cover, 10 pieces in total. 6 of the round illustrations are beautifully framed and matted under glass. The “Goodwin Round Album" is said to be 19th century tobacco's most extraordinary baseball item. Of the 9 pages, 4 of them illustrate a single full-color portrait of Anson, Kelly, Ward, and Comiskey. The other 5 pages feature four players each, including Hall of Famers Mickey Welch, Tim Keefe, Roger Connor, John Ward, and Jim O’Rourke in full-length poses. All discs in frame are of Hall of Famers. The reverse of each page contains player records and game schedules of the 1888 season printed in blue. There are some noticeable rips and tears.
