Description
MFG in 1896 and 1897, Invented by Nepalese General Gehendra Shamsher Jang Bahadur Rana and is similar in some respects to the American Gardner, the internal mechanism of the Bira Gun is different as it is hand cranked counterclockwise, as opposed to clockwise like the Gatling gun. Bira Guns are hand-made, with few interchangeable parts. The gun is about 104" long with 2 - 40" barrels. The wheels are 36" diameter. Due to the hand made manufacturing, it is etimated that only 50 Bira guns were produced. This is a historic and very impressive field weapon, in untouched original condition. 1 of 50 made. Very Good
