Lot of four pieces, includes: engraved invitation to the 1969 inauguration of Richardf Nixon and Spiro Agnew, with mailing envelope; Feb. 14, 1974 letter on White House letterhead from Nixon Special Assistant Rolan Elliott thanking a man for his support; and 1975 letters from Senators Alan Cranston and John V. Tunney supporting the banning of "Saturday Night specials" but decrying further gun control and attacks on the 2nd Amendment. File holes on letters. Also included is an unrelated publication, "Highlights of the Byrd Antarctic Expedition", approx. 30pp. 4to., a 1930 heavily-illustrated promotional booklet issued by an oil company.
