Neolithic, 5th-4th millennium BC. A ceramic vessel with large head to one side of the rim with pinched nose, lentoid eyes and incised lines from the forehead to the cheeks, prominent ears to the side pierced in the middle; short feet to the base forming a pedestal foot. 213 grams, 10.5cm (4 1/4"). Property of a European gentleman; acquired on the German art market in the 1990s. [No Reserve]
