1st-4th century AD. A group of lead seals consisting of: one decorated with the facing bust of a late Roman Emperor, profile bust to either side; one with a profile bust facing a foot wearing sandal; one with a pair of sandals to one side, a tortoise to the reverse; one with Cupid riding in a four horse chariot. 23.40 grams, 13-20mm (1/4 - 3/4"). From a private collection; formed 1965-1975. [4]
