A Victorian handmade engraved and enameled mourning locket, having an oval shape with a cobalt blue enameled star with natural pearls to the front and a highly engraved back. Interior with lock of hair. Apparently unmarked but tested for 18k yellow gold. Locket circa late 19th century. Overall weight 12.8 grams. Height 2", width 1", including the bale.
