JAPANESE SATSUMA MORIAGE CERAMIC PAIR OF VASES, having the Shimazu mon symbol painted on the shoulder, four flattened sides with flared pedestal base, Moriage-painted dragon and polychrome samurai figure with woman on one side. Painted character marks in gilding over dark rectangle on base. Late 19th/early 20th century. 8 3/4" H.
