ENGLISH GLASS AND STERLING SILVER DRESSER JARS AND RELATED, LOT OF SIX, cut glass bases including four with a Harvard-type pattern, four sterling silver covers in various repousse and unpatterned patterns, each cover with English hallmarks, makers include "W. H. H.", "H. M.", and "C.S. P.S.", and a perfume with sterling silver collar and hallmarked ""JD WD", facet-cut glass stopper; one example with monogram. Together with a cut Harvard-like pattern jar with silver-like unmarked hair receiver cover, together by association. Seven pieces total. Total sterling cover weight: 1.780 ozt. Late 19th/first half 20th century. 1 3/8" to 6 7/8" HOA.
Very good overall condition, large and two smallest examples undamaged, perfume with some minute roughness to edge of base, remaining examples with expected minute flakes to glass and minute denting to covers.
