ENGLISH STERLING AND GLASS DRESSER ARTICLES, LOT OF FOUR, comprising a cut glass perfume with semi-conical body and hinged sterling lid, a small cut glass panelled jar with sterling lid, a rectangular cut glass perfume bottle with sterling collar and cut-facet stopper, and a jar with swirl pattern, sterling collar/rim, and sterling and glass stopper; each with Birmingham hallmarks, various makers marks including two marked for John Grinsell & Sons, one with Victoria duty mark. Together with a German three-bottle perfume set in fitted silver stand of unknown fineness, one bottle with non-original cut-facet stopper, remainder with original stoppers. Five pieces total. Late 19th/first half 20th century. The first 6 1/4" L, remainder 2 1/2" to 4 1/2" HOA.
Excellent condition overall, some with minor flakes to glass, primarily at base, panelled example and semi-conical example with minor compression to lids, German example with flake to one original stopper extension.
