ROB CLOUS DUTCH ETCHING WITH AQUATINT KERCKHAEN: Rob Clous (b. 1940, Netherlands), aquatint engraving titled, 'de Kerckhaen'. Depicting the Dutch cafe “De Kerckhaen", Jisperweg 57, 1464 NG Westbeemster, Netherlands, which is located in a historic structure which has been in existence since the 17th century. Signed in graphite on the face with the artist's signature, cypher of 1/2 a bat and numbered 26 of 40.
BIOGRAPHY: Rob Clous (b. 1940, Netherlands) is a Dutch sculptor, painter and printmaker artist working in Haarlem. He has been commissioned by the Chamber of Commerce, Harlem and the Dutch basketball league and exhibited in galleries throughout the Hague and his work can be found in the permanent collection of the Frans Hals Museum in Haarlem, No: mgr 68-34; the Cultural Council North Holland and the Hague Art Circle.
