KEROSENE FAN STERLING FAN KYKO LONDON OF 1920's

Item Details

Description

An original British-made Kyko hot air engine fan from the 1920s.

No rust or corrosion of any kind on iron, steel, or aluminum blades.

It has original paint and is in 'as new' running condition.

Blade span 20 inches , height to top of blades 31 inches.

Cylinder bore 2 inches. Base 16.5 inches. (triangular).

Has serial number engraved 9050, has name plate fixed at bottom of front triangular.

The operation of the Sterling engine is not complicated.

There is no carburetor, ignition systems, valves, or other complicated mechanisms.

Sterling engines run off of the EXPANSION of air as it is heated, and the contraction of the same air as it is cooled.

The fan is fitted with Sterilizing engine which are suppose to be technically best engine even in today's advance technology.
