Featuring a round frame opening of 2.5 inches, on a pedestal style base, retailed by Grogan and Company, Pittsburgh, PA, overall measurement of 5 by 3.5 inches. Apparent good condition with small screw on reverse missing, two very small edge cracks to the base, and very small corner chips to the red squares making up the feet.
