Brass mounted porcelain base is hand painted with Viennese figures with gilt and enamel filigree, single figures are painted on each of the columns, has turned brass feet and finials and a enamel on copper decorated domical top, the porcelain is signed with a blue beehive mark on the bottom. Contained in a brass sphere is the 2 in. porcelain dial and a small round brass spring driven time only movement running with a cylinder escapement and singed with GB and anchor trade mark for Gustav Becker, numbered 1165306. Nice overall condition, movement is running, front right column has some stress cracking at the top, enamel dome has chipping around the base of the finial. 10.5 in. high x 5 in. wide x 5 in. deep.
