Drew was born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and raised in New Jersey. His family moved to Glendale, Arizona in 1997, where he currently resides. In 2005 he graduated from the Art Institute of Phoenix with his Bachelors in Media Arts and Animation. He spent several years working with 3D environment and character modeling, but needed to pursue other options when work became scarce. Art has always been a huge staple in his life and he did not want to settle for employment not creating art, so in 2011 he purchased my first tattoo machine and began his tattoo career. During this time, he also began putting paintbrush to canvas.
Drew is an extremely versatile artist who works in multiple mediums of paint, focusing primarily on “oil on canvas. His artwork is heavily influenced by classically animated films and comic book artists such as Ray Harryhausen and Frank Frazetta with a twist from Tim Burton. During his art career, he has had the honor of winning numerous awards across the nation for his tattoo work, as well as multiple video game accreditations. Most importantly he puts his heart and soul into every piece of art that he creates regardless the medium.
