This piece was listed as anonymous in the printed catalog, but was actually created by a Quebec artist, Alcide St. Germain. Born in 1910, now deceased. Several of his works are in the Museum of Civilization in Hull Quebec including a 6 foot tall giraffe. He was known for his "road art" and put life-sized objects on his from porch.
