Description
C. 1899 English "The Quadrant Tricycle" (Quadrant Tricycle Company Birmingham). Model 14. Original decal. Retains pedals, saddle, brake, headlamp. Saddle deteriorated, new tires. Also marked "Samuel....Baltimore" (United States Agent). 24" front wheel, 36" rear wheels. Good condition. Provenance: James Carpenter Collection Part II. Note handlebars have thumb latch, when activated bars move up so rider can get on the bicycle.
