Loss on frame, craquelure. (Very nicely done. As viewed under UV light in the unopened frame: her hair turns partially green indicating that the UV light is not penetrating the varnish - possibly some overpainting on the right side of her face as you viewed in the painting; there is a small dent in the canvas (protruding out of the back of the canvas as well) with loss of paint just to the left of her eye on the left (as you view the painting); not lined or patched; has craquelure; spot in UL along the edge of the painting; period gilt frame with losses.
