Kai Bojesen 1934 Toy Dachsund. Mahogany. 12.5L x 3.5W x 6H.An iconic figure in Danish design, Kai Bojesen achieved worldwide acclaim for his collection of wooden toys, notably his monkey and toy soldiers. This dachshund was produced in 1934 and was the first of his articulated toys. The head, tail and legs all swivel. It has very moderate age-appropriate wear as shown, but remains in excellent vintage condition with Bojesen's marking on underside. The dachshund from this period is exceedingly rare and highly collectible. Circa 1934
