Tavola originale realizzata da Magnus per la prima pagina della novella "I fiori operosi" facente parte del ciclo de Le Femmine Incantate, edita per la prima volta sulla rivista La Dolce Vita n. 5 nel febbraio 1988. Unanimemente riconosciuto come il capolavoro assoluto del maestro bolognese, Le Femmine Incantate raccolgono sette brevi novelle incentrate sul tema della femminilità e ispirate da un volume di racconti cinesi di fine '600. Magnus riesce a infonde in queste tavole tutta la sua passione per la cultura e per la filosofia orientale, il suo amore e la sua ammirazione per la natura e per le "sue" donne, tanto perfette ed irraggiungibili quanto all'occorrenza seducenti a spettrali. Un'opera museale che ci dà la possibilità di apprezzare come non mai l'amore e la fatica che Magnus riversò in ogni singola vignetta della sue Femmine. Su due pannelli. Firmata e siglata.

Original comic art done by Magnus for the first page of the short story "I fiori operosi" which is part of the Le femmine Incantate cycle, published for the first time on La Dolce Vita magazine n. 5 in February 1988. Considered by everyone as the absolute masterpiece of the master form Bologna, Le Femmine Incantate is a collection of seven short novellas on the theme of femininity and inspired by a volume of Chinese short stories from the end of the 17th century. Magnus infuses these panels with all his passion for Eastern culture, his love and admiration for nature and for "his" women, that are so perfect, untouchable, seductive and ghostlike. A work that should be showed in a museum and that gives us the opportunity to admire the love and hard work that Magnus put into every single vignette of his Femmine. On two panels.
