Description
Attributed to Vladimir Kagan (American, born Germany, 1927-2016), designed 1953. A semicircular "Omnibus III" sectional sofa, upholstered in gray microfiber, with loose back and tufted seat cushions, on lucite supports. Apparently unmarked. Approximate height 31", width (as pictured) 171.5", depth (as pictured) 152", seat depth 23.5", seat to floor 17.5".
Condition
Wear commensurate with age and use. Overall, upholstery with some expected soiling and wear, including some stains, spills, and accretions. Foam is supple and firm overall, with one section that is a bit softer, likely the one most often used. Some expected scratching and wear to lucite bases. No other visible signs of damage or repair.
