Chinese Kangxi Porcelain Statue, Kangxi Emperor

Item Details

Description

Chinese Kangxi period style porcelain statue In the likeness of the Kangxi Emperor. Cobalt decoration on white porcelain body. The emperor is wearing court dress, hat and robe, as well as a strand of prayer beads. This throne has dragon head arm rests and one lion head at each side of the top of the back of the throne. The back of the throne also has two eyes directly behind the emperor. The throne is further decorated with a phoenix, a lion, and a dragon. It measures 8" tall by 4 1/8" wide, and 4" deep.
