No water rings or stains. Small veneer repair to one lower back corner. Very slight separation to one front edge of the armrest, and one small repair to the front corner of the other armrest. Very light surface wear to the finish on the back. This form is susceptible to veneer damage, and this example is in very good condition with minimal wear. The upholstery is clean with no holes, tears, stains, or odors. Sturdy and structurally sound. Usable as is.
