Shade with a few tight hairlines and one panel with spider crack, otherwise in very good condition. Base, four-light socket cluster, two with Perkins switches, one missing switch, the other with Leviton switch. Two of socket interiors replaced. One socket with touch up paint. Original patina to base. Light nicks and scratches consistent with age and use. Rewired.
