Lancaster County, Pennsylvania Sack-Back Windsor Armchair. Circa 1765-1780. Old lacquered varnish, seven spindle back, carved knuckles, turned arm supports, saddle seat, turned splayed legs with blunt arrow feet, bulb and ring turned stretcher supports. Seat height 17"h., 37-1/2"h. overall. Condition: Good, seat was cut for use as a potty chair and converted back to a conventional seat.
