Description
Two 19th century single bore guns (both incomplete), one with engraved name to plate 'Fletcher', 44.25 (112.5cm) long, the other indistinctly marked, 47.25 (120cm) long, an antique pistol with carved and wirework inlaid body and handle, (incomplete, altered and damaged), and an early 20th century Gurkha Kukri knife in leather scabbard (incomplete).Due to a recent change of laws relating to black powder weapons, we are only authorised to sell this lot to a holder of a valid UK firearms certificate, the prospective purchaser must note that this certificate must be produced and inspected upon completion of the sale. 21/02/17
Condition
Sold for display purposes only. Not working. Incomplete and inoperable. Stocks damaged with heavy bruising, scratches, dents and marks. Both with areas of losses, barrels, plates, trigger guards heavily rusted and pitted to both guns. Pistol converted from a flintlock to percussion cap, however stock is broken in several places. Gun is inoperable, mechanism is seized,, missing inlay, metal fittings rusted and damaged and heavily worn.
