A significant assemblage of pamphlets and speeches by Daniel Webster, Robert Hayne, John Quincy Adams, Henry Clay, John C. Calhoun, etc. Three of the tracts by Webster bear a manuscript inscription from the author to Charles Marsh of Vermont at their head, Marsh's name appears at the head of several of the title pages within.
