Massive volume reprinting hundreds of letters of condolence and press releases related to the assassination of President Lincoln. The Act of March 2, 1867, provided that "one hundred of these copies be found in full Turkey Morocco, full gilt," to be sent to heads of governments and other VIPs who had sent condolences.
